Born in the village. Zhuriv Rohatyn district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. 1970 graduated from the Physics and Mathematics of the Ivano-Frankivsk Pedagogical Institute, a graduate school in 1974 at the Department renthenometalofizyky Lviv National University. Since 1974 works at the Department of Physics from 1977 – Associate Precarpathian University.

Scientific work started back in his student years under the guidance of prof. Dmitry Freik. 1975 under the guidance of prof. Yaroslav Dutchak defended his thesis “X-ray study of short-range order in molten certain binary and ternary systems.” He conducted experimental studies range order melts binary systems based on germanium melts kvazibinarnyh sections and three-component system of zinc-tin-cadmium. Now perform theoretical studies on the properties of two-dimensional electron gas range of electronic excitations disordered systems and their localization study of transport phenomena in semiconductor materials with a narrow band gap variational method.

Author of 135 scientific works, seven of guidelines and manuals. Associate Professor A. Wozniak a member of the organizing committees of several international and national conferences on the physics and technology of thin films.
